1. What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
- Shipping option is only available within Singapore
- A shipping fee of $4.70 will apply for each purchase except for Bundle Kits
- Bundle Kits require to pick up from any of our BMF Bella Marie France Beauty Gyms or Svenson Hair Centres. The locations are available here - https://shopebeauty.com/stores
- We are closed for delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and on Singapore Public Holidays
- Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather
2. Can I choose a time slot?

3. I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
- The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address - we do not ship to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers. Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been paid
- In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, BMF Bella Marie France will not be liable for any replacement or refund
4. Can I collect my order directly from the Centre?
- Yes, self-collection is available. Kindly indicate preferred location upon checkout
- Our call centre will contact you for the arrangements
5. What should I do if my order has not arrived?

6. Is there a Refund Policy?
We accept returns for damaged products purchased through our website. Should you receive a damaged product, please kindly email our customer service at ebeauty@gbil.com within 3 days of the date of delivery receipt. Upon receiving confirmation from our customer service, please proceed to ship the product back to us within 5 days after getting the email confirmation. All shipping fees shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
For the avoidance of doubt, a defect in the external packaging of the product shall not constitute a damaged product for the purposes of our return policy.
